Co-payments, deductibles, account balances and payments for other costs not covered by insurance are expected at the time of service.
Paying your bill:
If you are a patient and would like to make a payment for a service dated prior to September 13, 2018, please contact the office at 518-587-2400 or send your payment to the address on your statement.
If you are a patient and would like to make a payment for a service dated between September 13, 2018 and December 31, 2019, you can call Strategic Solutions at 518-348-1276.
If you are a patient and would like to make a payment for a service dated after January 1, 2020, please call 844-849-6929.
Payments can also be made by:
