Building Your Village:
Fourth Trimester Wellness

The birth of a child is an exciting, happy time—but it can also be overwhelming.

Join us to connect with other moms and build your village, a community of people who will support you through this journey of motherhood. This is a safe, welcomingFourth Trimester environment, allowing mothers to share successes and struggles, create friendships, and support one another. It is important to remember that you are not alone.

During our meetings, led by professionals who've completed training specific to postpartum health, we will talk through a variety of topics that relate to motherhood.

It is within you to take the next step to be the best version of yourself—for you, your baby, your partner—and we'll work together to get you there.
